'Month' refers to 30 days regardless of the actual period of days present in any prescribed month.

We collect this data to better understand your needs, improve our products and services, send you promotional emails, contact you for market research, and customize our website according to your preferences. We are committed to securing your data and keeping it confidential. We use cookies to monitor your online behavior, analyze web traffic, and provide you with a better experience. Please note that cookies do not give us control over your computer.

Section 3: Ordering Any contract for the supply of goods and services from our website or mobile application is between you and Maranthasuvai. You must provide accurate and complete details when placing an order and warrant that the credit or debit card details you provide are your own and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment. Goods and services purchased from our website or mobile application are for your use only and not for resale. You must keep your email address and password secure and not share them with a third party. We will take all reasonable care to keep your order and payment details secure, but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to your data. We will confirm your order by email or other notification, and if the product is not available, we will notify you.

Section 4: Prices and Payment All prices listed on our website or mobile application are in Indian Rupees. You must provide accurate and complete payment details, and you are responsible for any charges associated with using a debit or credit card. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but we will honor the price listed on our website or mobile application at the time of your order. You will receive a receipt for your payment by email or other notification.

Section 4: Prices and Payment

4.1. Any contract for the supply of food items from this website/mobile application is between you and Maranthasuvai. You agree to take particular care when providing us with your details and warrant that these details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide are for your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment.
4.2. All prices listed on the website/mobile application are correct at the time of publication. We also reserve the right to alter the food menu on the website/mobile application.
4.3. All prices for delivery by Maranthasuvai or a third-party provider assigned by Maranthasuvai listed on the website/mobile application are correct at the time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter these in the future
4.4. The food delivered to you is outsource food from a third-party company. We will not prepare Food & Beverages. 
4.5. The total price for the food including taxes will be displayed at the time of checking out your order. Full payment must be made for all items dispatched ordered by online payment, e.g. credit, debit card or bank transfers. And we reserve the rights to alter these prices in future.
4.6. If you choose online payment, you must pay for your order prior to delivery. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your debit/credit card details will be encrypted, thereby preventing the possibility of any third-party accessing your information.
4.7. If a customer makes payment for the same order more than once by mistake, the extra amount will be refunded via the same gateway to the source within 15 to 20 working days.

Section 5: Delivery

5.1. Delivery timings quoted at the time of placing the order are approximate and may vary based on factors such as traffic and weather conditions. The food items you ordered for will be delivered to the addresses designated by you at the time of placing the order.
5.2. All orders are delivered by Maranthasuvai’s own delivery network or any other reputed delivery service that we may choose to use from time to time. If the Goods are not delivered within the estimated delivery time quoted by us, please contact us by telephone or email or Maranthasuvai mobile application and we do our best to ensure that you receive your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
5.3. If you fail to accept your food when it is out for delivery, or if we are unable to deliver at the stated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions, or authorizations, then such goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such goods shall pass on to you.
5.4. You must ensure that at the time of delivery your order adequate arrangements, including access where necessary, are in place for the timely delivery of your order.
5.5. Maranthasuvai will try our best to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery as requested by you in your order within the time confirmed. We will inform you if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time.
5.6. Maranthasuvai shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
5.7. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative address.
5.8. In case of the unlikely event of a failed delivery due to reasons beyond the control of the customer, Maranthasuvai, will refund the full amount to the customer within will be 15 to 20 working days via the same source by which the payment was made.

Section 6: Cancellation & Refund Policy 6.1. To cancel your order, please notify Maranthasuvai immediately by phone or using the Maranthasuvai mobile application and provide your order number. 6.2. If you have subscribed to a daily/weekly/monthly plan, you can cancel your order at any time and receive a refund subject to the following conditions: 6.2.1. If you have subscribed to a daily plan, you will receive a full refund of the subscription cost if you apply for cancellation 4 hours prior to the delivery of the first meal. If you cancel after that time, 80% of the subscription cost will be refunded to your wallet. 6.2.2. If you have subscribed to a weekly plan (i.e., 6 meals per week), and you apply for cancellation after the delivery of the third meal and 4 hours prior to the delivery of the fourth meal, 80% of the cost of the remaining three meals will be refunded to your wallet. 6.2.3. If you have subscribed to a monthly plan (i.e., 26 meals per month), and you apply for cancellation after the delivery of the 15th meal and 4 hours prior to the delivery of the 16th meal, 80% of the cost of the remaining 11 meals will be refunded to your wallet. If you cancel before the delivery of the first meal, you will receive a full refund of the subscription cost. 6.3. If a product is unavailable due to reasons beyond our control, we may cancel your order and return any payment you have made. 6.4. If you cancel your order in accordance with the above conditions in section 6.2., we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the respective amount within 14 days. 6.5. If we deliver a wrong item, you have the right to reject the delivery and receive a full refund for the missing item. If we can only do a partial delivery due to unavailable items, we will inform you and propose a replacement. You have the right to refuse a partial order before delivery and receive a refund. 6.6. Meal subscription plans must be used during the specified period of validity. If you do not use the meals during this period, they will lapse, and we cannot offer a refund or extension. This applies to all meal plans offered by Maranthasuvai. 6.7. Customers who subscribe to weekly or monthly plans will receive stainless steel food boxes, which must be returned to the delivery person the next day safely and washed. These boxes are not for personal use and must be returned to Maranthasuvai at the end of the subscription plan.

Section 7: Information 7.1. You agree to provide accurate and complete information whenever and wherever we request it for delivery purposes. 7.2. You authorize us to use, store, or process your personal information to enable the delivery of food items to you and for marketing and credit control purposes. We may disclose your personal information to selected third parties where we believe their services may be of interest to you or where required by law to provide food delivery. 7.3. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.

Section 9: Limitation of Liability

We have taken great care to ensure that the information on our website/mobile application is accurate and free of errors, and we apologize for any mistakes or omissions that may have occurred. However, we cannot guarantee that the use of our website/mobile application will be error-free, fit for purpose, timely, or free of viruses or bugs. We make no express or implied warranty regarding fitness for purpose or accuracy.

By agreeing to our terms of use, you release us from any liability arising from your use of third-party information or websites/mobile applications or your consumption of any food or beverages ordered from us.

We disclaim all liability to you for the supply of food items to the fullest extent allowed under applicable law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If we are found liable for any loss or damage to you, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant items. We cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, such as loss of profits, arising from your use of our website/mobile application. This limitation of liability does not apply to personal injury or death resulting from our negligence.

We are not liable for any delays, failures, errors, omissions, or loss of transmitted information, viruses, or other destructive properties transmitted to you or your computer system through our website/mobile application.

We will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in delivering food items due to events outside our control, such as acts of nature or third-party actions beyond our control. If we have contracted to provide identical or similar orders to multiple customers and are unable to fully meet our obligations to you due to an event of force majeure, we may decide at our discretion which orders to fill and to what extent.

The products we sell are for private domestic and consumer use only, and we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss or damage to property, or loss from third-party claims arising from your use of our website/mobile application or from any products or services you purchase from us.

We have taken reasonable steps to prevent Internet fraud and to ensure that any data collected from you is stored securely. However, in the unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers or those of third parties, we cannot be held liable.

We reserve the right to block shoppers or customers suspected of abusing vouchers or discount codes or engaging in fraudulent activities. If we suspect abuse of vouchers or discount codes, we may seek compensation from violators.

We make every effort to maintain the quality of the food we supply. However, in the unlikely event of poor quality, we will consider the feedback of the customers to whom the same food was delivered on the given day. If a widespread quality issue exists, we will handle it accordingly.

10.1. All prices displayed on our website/mobile application are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10.2. We reserve the right to subcontract any part of the product catalogue that we provide to you without seeking your consent or notifying you. Additionally, we may assign or negate any of our rights under these terms and conditions without your consent or any obligation to inform you.

10.4. Payment for orders can be made either at the time of placing the order by credit card, debit card, net banking or cash at the time of delivery. If payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

10.5. Automated systems or programs should not be used in connection with our website/mobile application or its online ordering functionality.

10.6. It is prohibited to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from our website/mobile application, use communication systems provided by the website/mobile application for any commercial solicitation purposes, solicit any users of the website/mobile application, publish or distribute any vouchers or codes in connection with the website/mobile application, or scrape or hack the website/mobile application.

10.7. By registering on our website/mobile application, you agree to receive promotional SMS, mailers, and notifications to keep you updated with our offers and other relevant information.

10.8. These terms and conditions, along with our privacy policy, any order form, and payment instructions constitute the entire agreement between you and us. No other terms, whether expressed or implied, shall form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other term or provision on the website/mobile application, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

10.9. If any term or condition of our agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the parties agree that such term or condition shall be deleted, and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in effect.

10.10. These terms and conditions, as well as our agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10.11. No delay or failure on our part to enforce our rights or remedies under the agreement shall be deemed a waiver of such rights or remedies unless confirmed in writing.

10.12. These terms and conditions, as well as any contract or non-contractual obligations arising from them, shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. All communications and correspondence between us shall be conducted in English.
